Bi-Lingual Call Center Associate – Houston, TX

 
CenterPoint Energy is hiring Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our call center operations in Houston, TX.   We are looking for YOU to be a part of our call center team!
Our call center agents are the backbone of our business. When customers call us, CSRs answer the phone, answer questions, solve problems, and get people happily on their way. You'll also use your customer service and sales skills to help customers discover the products they need, and even help them complete the sale.

What you will be doing
  • Respond to questions relating to customer service inquiries with a focus on first call resolution.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding purchases and installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve billing inquiries, perform account adjustments, negotiate payment arrangements and deposit amounts
  • Stick to your schedule, show up for work on time, and get engaged with our company's culture and activities.
 
What you bring
  • Have a minimum of two (2) years customer interaction experience.
  • Be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Have flexibility in your schedule, which allows you to plan your day for maximum success.
  • Have a naturally positive attitude with demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Communication is the key to our business at all levels.
  • Commit to a PAID training schedule where we give you the tools to be successful.
  • Able to work rotating shifts to provide coverage twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
