Responsibilities include:

• Revenue data entry and analysis using Enertia software via electronic uploads and manual input
• Research and reconciliation of purchaser receivable accounts
• Work with production allocations for common meters and delivery points; agreements
• Interact with other departments and purchasers to obtain necessary data such as production, land and marketing information for accurate revenue input and reporting
• Research production vs. revenue volume discrepancies, locate and track missing revenues
• Coordinate with Revenue Manager and other departments on required data for acquisitions, divestitures and audits.

Education/Experience Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 2 years of oil and gas accounting experience
• Demonstrated work experience and a proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education/Experience Preferred:

• Prior work experience and knowledge associated with oil and gas revenues
• College Accounting courses
• Enertia experience
• NM or TX oil and gas severance tax and royalty reporting experience
• Account reconciliation experience
