    • Estimated annual base pay: $96,000.00 (minimum) - $120,000.00 (midpoint)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Program Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Program Manager will lead the development of Woodward newest products to enable a clean energy future. This role has a direct impact on the success of Woodward Engine Systems business.

Qualifications

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate/lead multiple projects of med-high complexity and risk or projects with multiple sub-projects.
  • Manage and work through project launch teams to ensure that the project scope and outcome is achieved.
  • Execute, monitor and control the schedule, cost deliverables, risk management and scope to meet or exceed stakeholder and customer expectations.
  • Works across business to resolve issues internally and with the customer, ensuring barriers that could impede program progress are removed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience building effective teams, an ability to manage conflict, the effective setting of priorities in the team and an ability to clearly define roles, responsibilities and objectives
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Focused on stakeholder needs, builds and maintains trust in relationship
  • Bachelors Degree required. Program management or technical field preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required or agreed plan to achieve PMP certification.
  • 4 years experience in project management
