Job Description
Job Title: Field Engineer Location: Mid-Atlantic Division Job Type: Full-Time Travel: Up to 95% Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience. Health & Life Insurance, 401(k) & Paid Time Off Duties/Responsibilities/Physical Requirements:

  • Read and interpret drawings, contract terms & scopes of work
  • Work with Project Managers in developing schedules, executing contracts, coordinating subcontractors and field services & maintaining documents for each.
  • Coordinate subcontractor operations and the transportation of disposal of materials
  • Maintain accurate records. Complete Bills of Lading waste manifests and truck tickets.
  • Review & understand drawings, contract terms & conditions
  • Order and Monitor delivered materials and supplies
  • Coordinate Field testing services.
  • Complete reports of equipment locations, accidents, and daily project reports
  • Perform safety sensitive tasks
  • Ability to work with hazardous materials
  • Ability to work productively in various weather conditions
  • Agility to walk and work on uneven surfaces, occasionally climbing stairs and ladders
  • Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies
  • Regular and Predictable Performance

Education / Experience: Candidates must have a HS diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework preferred; 1 Year experience of field based work. Experience in Construction / Demolition industry preferred. Job Specific Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Responsible and safety minded
  • Demonstrate strong Computer Skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and also independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to think through problems, break down tasks, and prioritize work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organization skills & the ability to handle varied tasks at once
