Starting rate $12/hr
Under direct supervision, performs one or more repetitive jobs on an assembly or sub-assembly line to produce building material components windows and glass products.
* Assembles building windows, or glass. Processes include insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts and use of both hand and power tools.
Works at different work stations as production needs require, Removes defective products as needed, Cleans equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures, able to work overtime as business needs requires, other duties as assigned.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or related work experience. This is an entry level position where the incumbent will receive on-the-job training. Must be available to work overtime without notice.
Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble either building materials components or millwork products.
