Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding biopolymer products and applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Develop and deliver technical training to customers and internal teams
Create and maintain technical documentation to support product knowledge and application
Collaborate with the sales team and Technology Laboratory to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions that meet those needs
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in biopolymer technology
Perform Kaneka 1 on 1 meetings as per KAH policy.
Support other Kaneka businesses as requested by management.
Participate in Company-related initiatives (i.e. Best Practices) as directed by management.
Participate in regularly scheduled training (i.e. Safety, IT) as requested by management.
Participate in local functions as needed.
Actively engage with digital platforms (i.e. SAP) to efficiently perform duties related to the Biopolymers business.

Masters of Engineering (preferred) Bachelors of Engineering (required)
