Turner SPO Houston is looking for a Warehouse Lead to participate in warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Lead responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities
*Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (inspect, load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
*Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, organize, store)
*Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
*Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
*Complete diary logs into inventory
*Report and track any discrepancies
*Communicate and cooperate with supervisors, coworkers, project teams, & vendors
*Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
*Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Requirements and skills
*Must have valid driver's license
*Must be a team player with positive attitude, and apply common sense
*Proven working experience in a warehouse
*Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
*Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
*Good organizational and time management skills
*Ability to lift heavy objects
*High school degree

Desired licenses/certifications
*Forklift
*First Aid/CPR
*OSHA 10 or 30
*CDL
