Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Input of material requisitions into the Material Management and Procurement system. Updating quantities and plan dates as needed.
  • Engage with the procurement and construction interface, ensuring visibility of material readiness throughout, from MTO and Requisition through to site availability.
  • Running and management of the Dynamic Material Allocation (DMA)
  • Identification of shortages vs. Construction demand
  • Identification and support mitigation of material delivery risks to schedule implementation.
  • Ensure full compliance and proper use of the material management system to ensure the accuracy of the data.
  • Promote Health, Safety, Security and Environment within project team

Experience:
  • Degree, or equivalent, in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. 1 year of Material Control experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of and confident user of ERP systems
  • IT Literate (Excel/Word etc)
  • Experience of implementation of Company Procedures
  • Competent in maintaining and updating project reports accordingly
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with proven track record of delivering results
  • Actively promotes company values and business ethics
  • Demonstrates strong commitment to safety
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and react to change positively
