Expectations:

* To be responsible for ensuring clear expectations of Project Risk Management on the contract in terms of process, procedure,

* deliverables etc. and support from an implementation perspective.

* To be responsible for ensuring consistent Project Team application of the development, maintenance, and monitoring of all Project

* Risk Management activities and associated documents across relevant scope(s)

* Liaise with quality on project lessons learned as part of feedback from the project.

* Responsible Line Manager for more junior Project Risk Management professionals on the project [potential future responsibility].

Key aims and objectives:

* Ensure Project pro-actively establishes and maintains Risk Management activities on multiple projects as necessary. This

* applies to Project Execution Risk Management with Customer involvement and Quantitative Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis.

* Maintain, monitor project risk related processes and activities, acting upon any variances or issues relating to compliance and

* advising how to appropriately rectify any potential deficiencies.

* Delivery of a range of Risk Management services to project teams pre and post award, facilitating the identification and

* analysis of risks on projects at all stages as required, interpreting risk outputs, and communicating to relevant stakeholders as

* appropriate.

* Supporting junior Risk Management professionals within region in their learning, ongoing activities, and career development. [ad-hoc role, not a full time responsibility]

Prime responsibilities and duties:

* To be fully conversant with the application and use of Worley Risk Management suite of tools and chosen software

* applications.

* To prepare, update and maintain project Risk Management activities, throughout the project lifecycle and across the Risk Management process:

i. To ensure the timely issue of accurate, updated Risk Management Plans and associated documents at the agreed intervals.

ii. To provide guidance to Project personnel in defining Risk Management objectives based on project objectives and support

iii. application of the risk process.

iv. To utilize several risk identification techniques in order to facilitate risk identification sessions.

v. To develop and implement risk assessment criteria as part of a project risk register.

vi. To assist Risk Owners with the selection of appropriate risk response strategies and development of action plans to address identified risks.

vii. To assist project or functional personnel in the familiarization and consistent application of Risk Management software tools and associated process.

viii. To facilitate Risk workshops and develop project Risk Registers which act as repositories for all risk related information.

ix. To conduct Cost / Schedule Risk Analysis Workshop sessions, facilitating workshops building bespoke models and interpreting associated outputs for communication / review.

* To educate, support and encourage managers and business units in the use of Decision Analysis on projects where applicable.

* To promote good working relations within the internal and external teams.

* MP WPR attendance and input where required

* Provide guidance, support and Leadership to junior RM team members including feedback / PDR input / identification of development opportunities etc.

* Present and provide training on a range or RM topics to internal / external audience

Essential qualifications/training:

* Higher National Diploma / Associate Degree / Advanced Diploma etc. (in relevant discipline).

* Recognized Risk Management qualification (e.g., IRM International Certificate in Risk Management or equivalent in experience +10 years)

* Desirable qualifications/training:

* BA or BSc degree (min. 2:1) in Risk Management, alternative subjects considered can include: Project Management,

* Engineering, other analytical disciplines.

* Essential experience:

* Previous project Risk Management experience (10+ years)

* Specialist knowledge in Risk Management software (i.e., MCS software) and experienced with quantitative cost & schedule risk analysis.
