What you'll do:
Operating from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays, you will provide full-service optometry care to patients in 20-minute intervals. On average, you will perform 22 to 26 exams per day. You will work with a dedicated team to recommend great eyewear options to patients to find the perfect fit for their unique style preferences and needs. Your role will go beyond providing excellent patient care as you will also actively contribute to practice growth goals, working towards expanding the reach and impact within the community. The practice utilizes the latest technology in the field of optometry, including Topcon KR 800 Auto Kerato-Refractometer, Daytona Optomap, Zeiss iProfiler, Humphrey Matrix Zeiss with Welch Allyn, Lipiscan (Dynamic Meibomian Imager), TopCon EZ 200 (Auto Lens), and iCare, enabling you to provide cutting-edge care and stay at the forefront of advancements.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices

New graduates are encouraged to apply


Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions
