Quest Design & Millwork in Stafford, TX is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with Millwork/Casework experience that will coordinate all aspects of assigned construction-based projects. This role will be responsible for managing the client relationship and all deliverables.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of the project/program, including R.F.P., order confirmations, sales orders, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery, and installation
  • Develop and manage critical project/program timelines
  • Obtain customer approval for timelines and monitor the process through to completion
  • Review and approve all design/detail architectural fixture drawings prior to release to the customer
  • Actively manage customer inventories and re-orders
  • Monitor production of a product through both a physical review of work in process and a thorough review of labor and cost report data.
  • Aid in the development of corrective actions where needed
  • Assist in managing finished goods inventory related to assigned customer
  • Support estimating and costing of programs, including participation in cost-reduction programs
  • Pursue revenue and gross margin growth in partnership with Sales and Operations
  • Some travel is required (up to 15%)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, in a woodworking environment highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
  • Working knowledge of Epicor Software and experience in a manufacturing background, highly preferred but not required
