Job Description



  • Applies in-depth knowledge of many disciplines to design, develop, modify, adapt and implement solutions that enhance critical endpoint enterprise systems and business applications in efficient and highly maintainable methods across the corporation. From a conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related discipline supports critical endpoint systems, processes and mechanisms to deliver solutions to the company's corporate headquarters, approximately 65 remote locations throughout the state, and nearly 2500 endpoints. In-depth knowledge and experience with endpoint technologies is essential as you will be working with a multitude of endpoint solutions and varying needs of different user groups. Acts as a resource for colleagues and has in-depth knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures regarding Software Distribution, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Administration, Microsoft Patch Management, Microsoft Exchange Administration, and some Azure Administration and determining specifications and designs for the most complex and business critical solutions, utilizing appropriate methods. From experience and following existing procedures, policies, standards, and guidelines, provides consulting, reporting and analytical support to customers and other areas of IT to develop solutions to meet business needs. Investigates and evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate system alternatives and /or enhancements to current systems based on business needs. Conducts performance monitoring, capacity planning and predictive analyses to identify and resolve potential issues. Uses the Project Methodology to lead mid to large-sized projects with minimal risk and manageable resources. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and costs. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Relies on comprehensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks and works independently with minimal guidance. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

    Essential Job Tasks:
  • Participates on project teams that solve complex technical issues or to deliver solutions to our endpoints including evaluating and implementing new secure technology solutions as they become practical.
  • Manages and leads small projects and demonstrates an understanding of project management methodology.
  • Leads and directs the work of others.
  • Maintains, supports, and implements solutions enterprise-wide for endpoints in an efficient and highly maintainable method across the corporation; ensuring all security standards are met.
  • Codes, tests, debugs, documents and deploys customized endpoint software installations for the enterprise and/or business units; ensuring all security standards are met.
  • Reviews specifications with moderate complexity and conducts quality control tests and analysis to ensure that any new software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements while also ensuring all security standards are met.
  • Monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance and overall health of endpoints in the environment.
  • Participates in the administration of cloud-based and on premise endpoint solutions related to Software Distribution, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Administration, Microsoft Patch Management, Microsoft Exchange Administration, and some Azure Administration by designing, configuring, documenting, implementing, monitoring, troubleshooting (Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and performing system upgrades and assessments.
  • Works with Management and the Architecture Review team to develop short and long-term IT strategies related to endpoint management and expanding our Microsoft services and offerings.

    Systems Analyst III
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree with + 5 years experience in the Information Technology field.
  • Must have basic knowledge of endpoint infrastructure including but not limited to Windows PCs, mobile devices, printers and servers.
  • Must possess highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills enabling creative solutions to business and technical problems.
  • Must have interpersonal, communication, and human relation skills to work effectively with management, clients, and various technical personnel within TS so that all facets of a system are implemented efficiently, while maintaining professional, composed and harmonious relationships.

    Compensation Information:
    $100,550 - $125,680 (min. - mid.)

    Systems Analyst II
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree with + 2 years experience in the Information Technology field or Associate's Degree + 4 years experience or High School Diploma + 6 years experience.
  • Must have basic knowledge of endpoint infrastructure including but not limited to Windows PCs, mobile devices, printers and servers.
  • Must possess highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills enabling creative solutions to business and technical problems.
  • Must have interpersonal, communication, and human relation skills to work effectively with management, clients, and various technical personnel within TS so that all facets of a system are implemented efficiently, while maintaining professional, composed and harmonious relationships.

    Compensation Information:
    $72,550 - $90,680 (min. - mid.)

    Systems Analyst I
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree or Associate's Degree + 2 years experience or High School Diploma + 4 years experience.
  • Must have basic knowledge of endpoint infrastructure including but not limited to Windows PCs, mobile devices, printers and servers.

    Compensation Information:
    $65,080 - $81,350 (min. - mid.)
