Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service
Wage: $15/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Customer Service role for a company in the Springfield, MO area. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Customer Service Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls from doctor's offices, lawyer's offices, and other venues
- 3rd party medical insurance biller
- Data entry
- Computer documenting and charting
Customer Service Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Full background check
- Must take clerical assessments
- Customer service and computer skills
