Through strong partnership with C-suite leaders, our HR Directors ensure that we are recruiting, retaining, developing and rewarding the industry's best talent in a manner that is cost-efficient and compliant. The Global HR Director supporting our Corporate Functions is a key leader and partner to eight C-suite executives and their leadership teams, including several company officers. The best person for the role will have demonstrated success in managing multiple competing priorities, have the ability to adjust their style to a variety of leaders, have experience in supporting international teams in a matrix HR structure, and be an inspirational leader to develop the senior HR managers and team that report, both directly and indirectly, to them.
Reporting to the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual will be a key leader in the global HR leadership team, which develops and implements Avient's HR strategic priorities and key deliverables for the organization globally.
