Job Description

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Act as a key player in managing the panel build process from start to finish. Including:
    • Oversight of the development of creative (look &feel, branding and name)
    • Configuring the online member portal to build a member profile database for an online custom panel.
    • Working efficiently and closely with the account team, researchers, web designers, and clients.
  • Think strategically and collaborate with the Account Director on the development of recruitment, incentive, and member engagement strategies.
  • Provide ongoing client service and act as the key client contact for multiple panels.
  • Manage the execution process closely to ensure that the scope and budget are maintained and tracked and that the panel meets project and client specifications.
  • Master interface for panel platform, including a full understanding of configuration functionality, member management, data integration, and reporting capability.
  • Manage panelist database, panel health analysis & report, and make recommendations on replenishment to ensure the panel is in good shape to meet client's business objectives.
  • Oversight of the setup and scripting of the initial screening survey and database design. Managing each research initiative from launch to deliverable, including coordinating and overseeing the operational team and functions.
  • Manage the execution of the member engagement strategy, such as drafting all email and online member portal communications.
  • Report on final findings and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data - effectively implementing a high-level consultative and storytelling approach.
  • Track performance metrics and develop proactive research and engagement strategies.
  • Be the primary project manager on key accounts.
  • Effectively communicate timelines, activity, status, etc. with Ipsos teams and clients.
  • Become an expert in Ipsos' community platform and toolkit to leverage functionalities s for optimal participation and insight development.

This might be the job for you if you have:

  • 3 or more years of applicable experience in either online market research, advertising agency, digital marketing, or complex project management
  • Demonstrate a high level of client service with internal and external customers
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in Quantitative and Qualitative research methodologies
  • Proficient using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 3+ years of experience in using Excel for database management and data manipulation.
  • Execute ongoing member database management in the panel software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be motivated, passionate, and career-oriented maintaining a culture of innovation and a continued desire for skill-building.
  • Minimal (beginner) HTML knowledge/ability a plus
  • BA/BS required

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
