As an Market Research Manager on the Ipsos Creative Excellence team, you will be joining a passionate and entrepreneurial group of advertising experts dedicated to delivering impactful business solutions to the world's biggest brands.

Our account managers play an integral role within client advisory, helping to execute and manage advertising research projects at varying stages of the development cycle for leading brands across diverse industries. You will work collaboratively with the broader team to uncover and communicate key insights and actionable strategies to help shape future advertising campaigns. Our Creative Excellence team supports and advises clients through the entire creative process to reach their business goals - from first insights into the big idea, from early concepts into final versions, and even monitoring the impact post launch.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Work with your team on impactful solutions, project execution, and deliverables to meet and exceed client objectives related to their advertising research needs
  • Collaborate with team to design strategic questionnaires, analyze data, and interpret results that provide clear and actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure projects are managed successfully from pricing to data collection to quality assurance to timely delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by responding to queries, ensuring expert advisory, and providing thought leadership with support from senior members
  • Participate in initiatives that support our service line (i.e., growth/new product/employee training & engagement)

This might be the job for you if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in market research, advertising, marketing, or consumer insights
    • Advertising experience is a plus
  • A curious mindset and a genuine fascination for the field of advertising
  • Experience working with data and extracting meaningful insights
  • An ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, and succeed in an everchanging, innovative environment
  • A knack for storytelling with the capacity to express narratives visually and verbally
  • Some experience with survey design, sampling plans, analysis, and delivery
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Ease and confidence with "thinking on your feet"
  • Business acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience thriving within a team environment, while making contributions to a positive culture
  • Proficiency with MS Office & Google Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides)

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $91,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
